INTRODUCTION
Jeevamrutha
is a liquid bio fertilizer. It is made of desi cow urine, desi cow dung, gram flour,
jaggrry, water and fertile soil. It is mostly use for plant growth regulator
and organic soil fertilizer.
Material requirements
- Cow dung 20 kg
- Cow urine 10 liter
- Gram flour 2 kg
- Jaggery 2 kg
- Soil under banyan tree 2 kg
- Water 200 liter
- Plastic drum
- Wooden stick
- Mesh cloth
- Water
Procedure for preparation
- Firstly, we take 200 liter capacity of plastic drum.
- Add 180 liter water in 200 liter plastic drum.
- Add Cow urine 10 liter.
- Add cow dung 20 kg.
- Add jaggery 2 kg.
- Add gram flour 2kg.
- Add soil 2 kg.
- The mixture is mixed well with the help of wooden stick.
- Now close it with a mesh cloth and keep it in a shady place.
- Next day again mix the mixture with the help of wooden stick.
- Do this work for one week.
- After about one week jeevamrutha is ready for use.
Precautions
- Choose a shady place to make it.
- Use only cow dung keep in the shade.
- Do not keep cow dung in metallic container.
Advantage
- Increase the quantity of flower and reduce fruit drop.
- Increase the germination capacity of seed.
- Increase the number of beneficial soil bacteria.
- It help in enlarging fruit size.
- It increase the yield.
Note:- Add 200 liter jeevamrutha in 200 liter of water and spray in the field .
